My name is Laura Bensberg and I am a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist for the Colorado Springs area. I believe that YOUR HEALING MATTERS and that you don't have to settle for life without hope of healing. I am a Christian massage therapist and I believe that our bodies can receive healing through positive and trauma-informed touch. Our bodies hold and store trauma if not processed correctly. As a trauma survivor myself, I have first-hand knowledge and understanding of how that trauma can present and disrupt our daily lives. Whether you are coming to receive rest and down-regulation of your nervous system or you have specific needs for neuromuscular massage, I am here to help. Some modalities I offer are Swedish, prayer-centered therapy, Trigger point therapy, cupping, Hot Stone, prenatal and postpartum, and I will soon be Trauma Touch Certified.
